The toolbar button is stealing clicks from the button which is located directly under the toolbar item. The item will steal the clicks around 8 units under the line which separates the toolbar and page. I also have written this to Xamarin Forums where I have also test project to show this https://forums.xamarin.com/discussion/103145/toolbaritem-is-accepting-clicks-from-page-area#latest

On iOS, the ToolbarItems in the navigation bar seems to have a hit area that extends slightly onto the page area.
### Steps to Reproduce
1. Run the attached project
2. Click on the black area underneath the navigation bar
### Expected Results
The ToolbarItem is not activated
