The file generated in obg/debug/multidex.keep contains a list of classes to keep in the main dex.
Unfortunatly, Xamarin forgot to add carriage returns at the end of each class name in this file.
This result in a non working multidex file.

Note that Google Play have a strange policy which prevents an app targeting Android 5 from beeing seen on Google Play Store from a device upgraded with lineageOS 7 if the last official os version on this device is lower than Android 5.
