public static UIContentSizeCategory GetValue(NSString constant) 

should be 

public static UIContentSizeCategory GetValue(this NSString constant)

`GetValue` is not an C# extension method, since it would conflict between enums, i.e. C# does not allow overloads that only vary by the return type (and every enum would add a GetValue method on NSString).

The correct usage is:

> var value = UIContentSizeCategoryExtensions.GetValue (nsstring_constant);
