Resources in java binding are not removed if linking "Sdk only".

The zip file with all resources of java binding lib is saved as resource in assemblies.

This way all resources from java binding libs are saved twice.

We are sorry, this was asked to report as a bug by ourselves, which is not really a bug. You need to link the assembly explicitly otherwise the build involves linking and takes longer time during development, hence rather harms development experience.
