Third argument is a string in xamarin opentk, where it should be a string[].
Calling the method unsurprisingly causes a crash (given that the surrounding state is otherwise correct, otherwise the opengl method will bail out before reading from the array).

OpenGL ES reference:

Xamarin reference: (several version of the method)

A workaround is to write your own binding instead, ie:
[System.Runtime.InteropServices.DllImport("libGLESv2", EntryPoint = "glTransformFeedbackVaryings")]
private static extern int glTransformFeedbackVaryings(int program, int count, string[] varyings, int mode);

(android and ios versions of opentk both got the same wrong signature, but only tried it in android)
