-On clicking the “…” icon in the locations tab for any SDK/JDK path, the file explorer should open on the existing mentioned path.
As of now, the file explorer opens on the desktop location and not on the existing SDK/JDK path.

Steps to Reproduce
1. open the SDK manager view.
2. Navigate to the “Locations” tab.
3. Click on the “…” icon so that the file explorer opens.
The file explorer should open with the existing SDK location.
File explorer opens at the desktop location.
