See bug #57955: app won't launch because it's 32-bit only.
We should make this a build error (maybe an error it's possible to ignore by passing /noerror=xxxx, so we don't break people who for some reason will continue on 32-bit devices).
We should also only allow 64-bit architectures if deployment target >= iOS 11.
Due to device-specific builds we can't warn/error when building for 32-bit only for earlier iOS versions, so we're only ensuring that we're building for 64-bit when targeting iOS 11+.
