ListView showing huge images in UWP

When using a XF.ListView whose ItemTemplate is a ImageCell the displayed image size is consistent between iOS and Android, but in UWP the images are huge. See attached picture.

repro project

I was able to reproduce this on UWP with the project I've attached. This does not happen on iOS and Android. My initial guess for what is happening is that the ListViews on iOS and Android appear to have a base row height while on UWP the row height adjusts to the content. However if you try to set an explicit row height for UWP, the image does not scale and gets clipped. I am confirming this report so we can investigate further.
