Demo project added for checking bug
In Xamarin Forms UWP, when i scroll the list fast black each list cell is filled with black color before showing data to each cell. I am using simple list. This issue is happening only for UWP, it is working fine in android and iOS. I have attached the code and screenshot for the issue. I have tried both XAML and pure code to build pages. Both have the issue. I think this has to be fixed in UWP as the cell are not rendered properly when scrolling fast.
Please have a look in to this issue

*** Bug 60888 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***
The Xamarin is upgraded to 126.96.36.199635 version and this issue was logged at version 2.3.4. but, there is no update regarding this. Can you please update the status.
This bug has not been assigned for further investigation or work. We also welcome any pull requests that can lead to possible performance enhancements.
As a side note, this sort of black box renderering can occur in non-Forms UWP apps (its performance being dependent on hardware), so there may not be very much that can be done in this particular case.
