ScrollView not working in AbsoluteLayout
I am trying to add the ScrollView in the AbsoluteLayout, it is working in windows when I scroll the view on using the Mouse interaction but it is not worked on touch and not worked in Windows phone.
Please refer the attached sample to replicate the problem.
1. Scroll the view using the mouse and then try to scroll view on touch. Now the ScrollView not scrolled.
2. The issue is only when I am setting the animation to the view. If remove this code “propertiesView.TranslateTo(propertiesView.Width, 0, 400, Easing.Linear);”It is properly working on both Mouse and Touch interactions.
Please suggest me how to solve this problem.
Thank you for the reproduction project. I will be setting this issue to confirmed until it can be further investigated.

May I know when I get the solution for this fix.
Is there any known workaround/hack in the short term to get around this issue? I've been playing with a UWP custom renderer hoping to get around this but haven't had any luck.
