-Unable to start the iOS extension in an iOS application like action extension,Document file provider extension.

Test environment

Steps To Reproduce
1-Open the sample named ImageInverter from "https://github.com/xamarin/ios-samples/tree/master/ios8/ImageInverter"
2-Set ImageInverterExt as Start up Project
3-Deploy the application on the device and as application gets deployed tap the share icon at the bottom left corner, the iOS sharing view should appear
4-Scroll through the 3rd row of icons and look for one marked ImageInverterExt. If you do not find it, click “More” (with the “…” icon) in that list, and enable ImageInverterExt it from the settings screen that appears.
5-Now select that ImageInverterExt 

-ImageInverterExt does not start

-ImageInverterExt should start and Image should get inverted

Follow instructions given over "https://developer.xamarin.com/samples/monotouch/ios8/ImageInverter" to use the app


-This issue is also observed on Various extensions like Document file provider extension,Image invertor,Photo editor extensions

I'm able to start the ImageInverter extension on simulator, but it fails to launch on the device. I'm also able to reproduce this issue from VS for Mac, so this doesn't seem to be an IDE specific issue.

Could you check if you're able to reproduce this issue from VS for Mac?

Gaurav: please verify if this is already fixed and reopen the bug if necessary. Also please check what Emanuel is commenting on #1. Assuming it's fixed for now.
