RecycleElement and SeparatorVisibility=false Still Showing Separator on iOS

I am setting the ListView.CachingStrategy to RecycleElement and the SeparatorVisibility to None, and I am still seeing a small separator (always white/transparent) on iOS.

iOS -> 10.3
Forms -> 2.3.4

I have attached a sample XAML. I also noticed in the ViewCellRenderer.cs (iOS) on line 99, you guys are adding 0.5f if SuppressSeparator is true. See code below and XAML attachment. I'm wondering if that's what is causing the issue. I don't see this behavior in Android.

if (SupressSeparator)
	var oldFrame = Frame;
	ContentView.Bounds = Frame = new RectangleF(oldFrame.Location, new SizeF(oldFrame.Width, oldFrame.Height + 0.5f));

Thank you for filing this report! I put the xaml file you provided into a sample project and I am seeing the issue you described. I've attached the project to the report.

As mentioned, this is occurring when using "RecycleElement", it works fine with "RetainElement". It is also _not_ affecting Android or UWP. I am confirming this report so the team can look into this.
