SDK Mananager generated Logs

Custom SDK path of Android SDK is again automatically set to default when user restarts the Android SDK manager


Environment Info:
 -Microsoft Visual Studio Professional 2013 Version 12.0.40629.00 Update 5

1. Launch SDK Manager
2. Navigate to Locations Pane
3. Set SDK path to custom
4. Restart SDK manager
5. Navigate to Locations Pane and Observe SDK Path


Expected Result: 
Custom SDK path set by user should be displayed to user.

Actual Result : 
Default SDK path is displayed to user.

This is not exactly a "default" location, but the location currently used by the IDE (see IDE -> Options -> Android) since this is the SDK the user likely will want to modify from inside the IDE.

But the whole Locations tab is not very useful for a standalone SDK manager and will be redesigned for 15.3.
