This is using the alpha channel from today.

Create a template app.
Add breakpoints to all significant lines of OnCreate.
Start device debugging. 

No breakpoints will be hit.

I'm on a Nexus 7, if that helps.

It works if I disable "Use Shared Runtime"

The bug happens only in PCL project for me.
