-Unable to hit the breakpoint on iOS extension like action extension,Document file provider extension.
Steps To Reproduce
1-Open the sample named ImageInverter from "https://github.com/xamarin/ios-samples/tree/master/ios8/ImageInverter"
2-Create Single View iOS template application
3-Add the reference of Extension app in Single View application
4-Set the breakpoints in a suitable .cs file of Extension project
5-Follow instructions given over "https://developer.xamarin.com/samples/monotouch/ios8/ImageInverter" to use the app and Observe if breakpoint is getting on extension project
-Breakpoint is not getting hit on extension project.
-Breakpoint must get hit
-This issue is also observed on Various extensions like Document file provider extension,Image invertor,Photo editor extensions

Please verify with latest `d15-2` as this looks like the second-level PCL issue, which should be already fixed.
This is not the Second level PCL issue. its related to the iOS extensions.
I have logged a new bug regarding the iOS extension
Bug 56167 - [VS2015][220.127.116.113][iOS extension Debugger]-Unable to start the iOS extension on Device/Simulators i.e (action extension,Document file provider extension)
So i will not able to verify bug 55391 as till the time 56167 gets resolve.
Hence i will verify this defect later
