Zipped Project that displays Folding/Collapsing error

I've attached a test project with only one .cs file to this bug. The project doesn't run it's just meant to show the error. If you open the project in MD 3.0.2 you will see that the Collapsible plus/minus signs are missing from the namespace, class and all methods. They do continue to exist for other things like comment blocks and regions. If you do see the plus/minuses try closing out the file and reopening it. The problem I think is the file size as this problem only seems to happen on large files while smaller files continue to display the plus/minuses on everything correctly. In MD 2.8, all files, regardless of their size, collapsed everything correctly.

If you have a problem opening the project or something, please just add the single RoomManager.cs file to any standard project and you should see the behavior I'm talking about.

I'm using MD 3.0.2 on Mac OS X 10.7

btw. wasn't caused by the file size - it was caused by some warnings in that file (empty switch statements).
