Tested with XVS 220.127.116.112 (43f3cba)
This is a regression from XVS 18.104.22.168 (3f99c5a)
Affects VS2013 and VS2015
1) Create a new Android app from a template (WebView app in my case)
2) Go to project properties > Android options
Expected: Stable XVS defaults to .NET (Xamarin) for Debugger field.
Actual: Debugger dropdown has no entry.
