Description : While comparing XVS stable version with XVS feature build, in Properties -> Application, some discrepancy found in feature build.
Steps to Reproduce : Repeat following steps in both feature and stable build.
1. Create Android project.
2. Open properties page and click on Application for stable build.
Open properties page and click on Android manifest for feature build.
3. Observe discrepancy in two builds.
4. Fields, "Minimum Android to target" and "Target Android Version" having discrepancy.
5. In stable above fields are present under "application" whereas in feature build the same are present under "Android Options".
Expected : Above mentioned fields should be under Application Section as they are in stable version.
Actual : Discrepancy in two builds for mentioned fields.

This change was by design.
We're moving the values that are actually part of the manifest to the Android manifest section, and leaving the values that are stored in the csproj file as part of the Application property page.
