even under master xbuild.
Alpha/master msbuild seems to work.
If msbuild covered their use case well, this might not be fixed as we are moving towards an msbuild feature.
Also easy work around:
Open your csproj in a text editor and remove the HintPath for System.ComponentModel.Primitives / System.ComponentModel.TypeConverter
