Description aculliney 2017-03-24 17:24:27 UTC
On PC desktop/laptops, Xamarin.Forms buttons draw a highlight on mouse-over. This is not being clipped properly when a button has rounded corners (BorderRadius was set). The same code is clipping properly on Win8.1.

Please find the sample project as a git repo : https://bitbucket.org/luminixinc/xamarintest

Branch for posterity : ButtonBorderRadiusTest

Visual Studio Project : ButtonBorderRadius/ButtonBorderRadius.sln

Why? I don't think this is a problem, at least you need to user know the button was clicked.(need a different state for click or not).

Fixing this would require deviating from the standard UWP button template. At this time we are not going to do that.
