All openSUSE stuff you can find in above page is related to 11.4 release.

Well, it seems that openSUSE people do package Mono for other releases also.

So, why don't you provide more general information for openSUSE?

So why don't you just links to the repository provided by openSUSE people?

RPMs for a specific old release isn't that interesting to outsiders.

Besides, for 2.11.3 you changed a directory name from x86-64 to x64, resulting dead link on the download page.
