If the latest results still closely match this report, you can use the
Android emulators are poor at best. There are too many conflicts to using emulators on Windows (e.g. Hyper-V vs HAXM, Device Guard breaking HAXM, etc.). Most developers work on Android apps on device, and Inspector can't support that scenario. This scenario should work on both Mac and Windows.
Would like to add my support for this. Android emulators are hit and miss. Device support would eliminate the need for otherwise needless emulator.
Device support is pretty imperative to most Android developers day to day tasks.

Users on AMD CPUs have a worse experience with emulators.
