Yes and the highlights do go away then.
To clarify, the highlights stay until the program is built again, which I believe is a bug.
It's not a bug. If you edit the line, then the error marker will become dimmed, but MD cannot be sure it can be removed until you compile again.
Hrm, the error marker doesn't seem to dim or change at all after the line is edited.
It's subtle - depending on the monitor, contrast adjustments or color sheme it may be hard to see.
