Description Karl Shifflett 2017-03-15 17:33:41 UTC
DocSync.exe is DRIVING our developers crazy.

Please make it an option on Tools/Options/Xamarin to NOT run DocSync.exe.

No one cares about these docs and we don't want them or use them.

Thank you,

I am CONFIRMING this issue as it pertains to a pain point customers have and no current option to turn off if it is unneeded for Xamarin.iOS development. It is quite invasive and does not have an option to turn off or run in the background. Rather it runs in the task tray and has a popup that does not minimize on screen.

By request, we will be adding an option that is off-by-default in Tools -> Options -> Xamarin -> iOS to enable/disable iOS documentation sync. :)
