Steps to reproduce the problem:

1-Open Monodevelop 3.0.2
2-Create a Gtk# Application
3-Open MainWindow in the designer view
4-Drop a Button on the Window
5-Select signals on the Properties toolbar
6-Double click in the "Clicked" event
7-Observe that an Exception is thrown

If you have any problems reproducing the bug let me know please.
