Code sample showing the problem described in bug

Mono fails to cast a jagged array type that implements a particular interface T into a IList<IEnumerable<T>>.  Microsoft .NET can perform this cast.  See attached file for code sample that shows this problem.

This works since we move to lazy interface instancing.
