this resolved bug and you do not yet see a matching new report.
1) Start VS
2) Create a new iOS project
3) Allow an XMA connection to be established
4) Go to "Help > Xamarin > Zip Logs"
Expected: No error and all expected logs are zipped.
Actual: Get error in status bar stating that zipped logs failed. Checking the IDE.log afterwards shows the stack trace of the exception.

I was looking into this bug and after syncing with Mauro, it seems to be caused by an old designer agent which is still deployed in 15.1.
He'll work on removing it, which should fix the issue.
This issue is fixed on PRs
