New version 4.2.1.

When debugging an app by pressing F5, the app does not deploy to the device. I have to manually uninstall the app on the device, deploy the app, and then I can debug by pressing F5.

Also, if the app already exists on the device, the old app is not replaced. I have to follow the same steps as above.

If you are using a project from prior to 4.2.1, you need to set it to deploy in Configuration Manager:
