Getting a error dialog popup when unfolding a Cross-Platform / Master Detail / Forms / Shared project. The dialog states that packages.config can not be found and that it may have an effect when building the app.
1) Start VS2017
2) Select File > New > Project
3) Create a new Cross-Platform / Master Detail / Forms / Shared project
Expected: Projects unfold successfully without error
Actual: Error dialog stating that packages.config can not be found.

I'd like to make a correction as I left out an important detail. The "Host in the cloud" option also needs to be selected. So, for step 3, it should read:
3) Create a new Cross-Platform / Master Detail / Forms / Shared / "Host in the cloud" project
I can no longer reproduce this using the RTM build from today's Visual Studio 2017 launch event (V
I do however get a "Package Installation Error - Could not add all required packages to the project. The following packages failed to install from C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2017\Enterprise\Common7\IDE\Extensions\GDLPUXOH.DQ2\Packages". Filing a _new_ issue on this, as it's reproducible on all Azure-enabled Master Detail templates.
