Xamarin.Auth is reported to now support UWP. However, the documentation for Xamarin.Auth has not been updated to show how to use it with UWP, and no sample project has been added for UWP. Effectively, Xamarin.Auth for UWP does not function because there is nothing to say how to use the component on UWP.
The Xamarin.Auth Xamarin.University course materials (ENT172) also need updating to include UWP.
Ideally, the only differences for UWP should be in:

@Milkenjo_Cvjetko_Mel - Is there any update on when the ComicBook sample used in ENT172 will be updated to include projects for Windows platforms, and for the Authorization Code flow to not report invalid_grant ?
1. when the ComicBook sample used in ENT172 will be updated to include projects for Windows platforms
It will be, but it will take a while.
2. for the Authorization Code flow to not report invalid_grant
Can you be more specific, please?
Regarding (2) - when the ENT172 course is presented, the authorisation code flow code in the ComicBook project reports an "invalid_grant" error. Whether this is a client-side problem or server-side, I do not know. I believe René Ruppert of Xamarin University is looking into it, so you may want to liaise with him to see what he has found in case the problem is in Xamarin.Auth
