I have filed issue because of: https://bugzilla.xamarin.com/show_bug.cgi?id=43429
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project in VS.
2. Make sure Xamarin.Forms package should be 184.108.40.206-pre1.
3. Deploy to UWP/WindowsPhone.
Actual result: Getting slider value '1'.
Expected result: Slider value should be '5'.
NOTE: On iOS and Android its shows slider value 5.
