Narrator announces Tools & Help menu item as collapsed
I can't reproduce this. Narrator reads collapsed menus as collapsed correctly (for example, the Open Recent menu under File, or any of the top menus), and reads expanded menus (any expanded top menu item while it has selection) correctly as well.
I wasn't able to get a screen recording that includes the sound, but I definitely could not reproduce this. If I'm able to get a screen recording, I will attach it.
The issue is not reproducible using tab. hence closing the bug.
