I type in a one line method call and when I press the ; it wraps the params to new lines ss shown below. I'm using "Visual Studio" for the code formatting style. Didn't have this issue in 188.8.131.52:
One line GET was wrapped to what you see below on ;
public static bool IsSubscribedCloudSync
Fixed in master. Increase the maximum line length as a workaround.
Where do I increase max line length? I increased the document width from 80 to 300 and even 1000 but it still wraps method params and also params such as string.format, new RectangleF params, etc.
Please review this again and let me know the fix, I do not want my params EVER being wrapped. VS.NET doesn't do it on code formatting and there is no column width setting there. My understanding was this width property is only for the vertical/column ruler but nothing else.
The wrapping options shouldn't be turned on, was an error in the release pipeline - the release branch was branched too soon & wasn't tested well enough.
(But was fixed in master after branching)
Seems that it was set to wrap always in 3.0, therefore setting the width doesn't help - sorry about that.
The wrapping options aren't even exposed to the GUI yet - because they're flaky.
Do you expect a new stable soon so I can avoid this insanity? :)
I think we'll release it shortly.
