Repro Screenshot.

Testing Environment:
      •	OS x EI Capitan 
      •	Ver 10.11.6
      •	Xamarin Studio: 6.1.3.
      •	Xamarin Inspector:

Pre -Requisites: Build and Debug Application by deploying in simulator.

   1. Build Xamarin Application -> Debug.
   2. Launch Xamarin Inspector and change view to View inspector.
   3. Select 'Select UI element to inspect' and select UI element in inspector view (use track-pad to do this   
      through keyboard not accessible).
   4. Select 'Object member' in 'Tostring()' drop-down list.
   5. Try to access properties button (+)

Actual Result:
   Properties button is not accessible with keyboard

   Properties button should be accessible.

User Impact:
   User will not be able to view detailed properties of selected element.

This specific issue is not reproducible--see the video at https://microsoft-my.sharepoint.com/:v:/p/borajk/Eb9uTrri0xVAuD4aXwmxfLcB07pTdHUvT0qjoatS75PcSQ?e=rbERa0 for an example of the + button (called get references, not properties) being accessed via VoiceOver navigation.

There _is_ an issue in that VoiceOver does not realize that this is a button—I've filed this as https://github.com/Microsoft/workbooks/issues/164.

The bug is not reproducible hence closing
