Testing Environment:
      •	Windows 10.
      •	Version 1067.
      •	Build 14393.607.
   Visual Studio and Xamarin:
      •	VS 2017 RC Enterprise.
      •	Xamarin For VS
      •	Xamarin Inspector 1.0.

Pre -Requisites: Build and Deploy Xamarin Application into Android Emulator

   1.Launch Xamarin inspector.
   2. Click on Inspector View Available at Left Bottom Corner.
3.Click on 'Select a View' and Select UI element in App Screen using Mouse.
4.Click on REPL button Available at bottom left corner.
5.Select Object member from Drop down list Appeared as 'Tostring()'.
6.Try to access 'Get reference(+)' buttons using keyboard.

Actual Result:
Get Reference' buttons are not accessible with keyboard.
Get Reference' buttons should be accessible with keyboard.
User Impact:

Users need to be able to navigate an application and interact with all the UI elements by using a keyboard alone. Users who are dependent on keyboard navigation include those with visual impairments who rely on screen readers and those with dexterity or mobility impairments who cannot use a mouse.

This is part of https://github.com/Microsoft/workbooks/issues/136, a general bug for UI elements not being accessible via keyboard.
