Inspect and Narrator Screen shot
• Windows 10.
• Version 1067.
• Build 14393.607.
Visual Studio and Xamarin:
• VS 2017 RC Enterprise.
• Xamarin For VS 220.127.116.110.
• Xamarin Inspector 1.0
Pre -Requisites: Build and Deploy Xamarin Application into Android Emulator
1.Launch Xamarin Inspector.
2. Navigate to the RHS list view pane in the app window
3. Observe the Name property in Inspect
The Name property of the RHS list view pane is empty
contains 25 items [Refer Narrator Buddy Screenshot]
The Name property should be specific
Eg: List view pane
Visually impaired users will not get to know the purpose of the RHS list view pane as the screen reader will not announce anything when the user arrives at the control. Providing the name property enables the compatibility with the Screen Reader, which may be used by people with disabilities.
This is fixed in the upcoming 1.4 relase--the new property panel has its name property set: https://github.com/Microsoft/workbooks/blob/master/Clients/Xamarin.Interactive.Client.Windows/AgentSessionWindow.xaml#L327
We have verified the bug in the latest version of Inspector i:e 1.4 and could see that the focus goes to the entire pane though it is not defined in the hierarchy and narrator is announcing it as 'tab' when we use tab to move to the next element.

issue not fixed
I'm reasonably certain this is due to something the property panel itself is doing--that widget is not within our control and AIUI is/was out of scope for testing.
As I mentioned in a previous comment, the actual widget has a name, at least in the bits that we control: https://github.com/Microsoft/workbooks/blob/master/Clients/Xamarin.Interactive.Client.Windows/AgentSessionWindow.xaml#L332.
