Screencast showing the modal dialog disrupting context menu traversal

I have disabled all version control addins, but there is still a version control menu item. When passing the cursor over it, a modal dialog appears that informs me no version control support is installed.

This menu item should simply go away, and it definitely shouldn't pop up a modal dialog, especially when I haven't clicked anything.

Attached is a screencast.

Fixed in git. I'll ensure this is backported for the next release. As far as I can tell, the issue is only when right clicking on solution or project nodes (i.e. the sln or csproj file), it does not happen for regular files. The only workaround at the moment is to ensure you have at least one version control system enabled.
