Likely need to blacklist NSKeyedArchiver.

This is not a crash, just a warning.

Blacklisting is not the correct solution, as it means no other check from ApiCtorInitTest will be run on that type. We're better off with a warning that hiding future crash :)

The ideal (remove warning) solution would be to make sure we call `-finishEncoding` before we call `Dispose`.
