Simply testing cache strategy "RecycleElement" throws a null reference.

No exception is thrown when a custom template is provided.

I'm unable to reproduce this on an Android 6 emulator using the reproduction attached. Could you provide some more information on the emulator/device you're using when this crash occurs, if you're still experiencing it with the latest stable/prerelease?
