MD solution containing a test.

Description of Problem:
The auto tools files generated by MD fail to copy the executable to the deploy target.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
0. Download the attached sample solution and open with MD
1. Right click on Solution in Solution Explorer and select Tools > Generate Makefiles...
2. Select "generate Auto tools makefiles" and hit "ok"
3. Open terminal and navigate to Solution folder
4. ./autogen.sh --prefix=/opt/AutoToolsTest && make && sudo make install

Actual Results:
The deploy directory /opt/AutoToolsTest/ doesn't contain the file lib/autotoolstest/AutoToolsTest.exe. It does however contain the referenced assembly LibAutoToolsTest.dll and .mdb files.

Expected Results:
The deploy directory /opt/AutoToolsTest/ contains the file lib/autotoolstest/AutoToolsTest.exe.

How often does this happen?

Additional Information:
Tested with MD and trunk (3.1).
