Autogen and make logs.
After configuration through any of `./configure` and `./autogen.sh`, compilation stops with the error.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Enter the directory with sources
2. Run `./autogen`
3. Run `make`
4. After awhile of output, compilation stops with "/home/constantine/Downloads/mono-mono-4.8.0-branch/external/boringssl does not contain a CMakeLists.txt"
Logs attached — unfortunately bugzilla didn't want to accept multiple files, so I had to zip them. Reproduced both with 4.8 branch and HEAD (82f231ff). And sorry: the component list didn't seem to have a more appropriate one for the report.
From another bugreport I found that nowadays mono compiles only from git, i.e. not from a packed by github archive of HEAD.
So I did it, git successfully initialized all submodules, and I can confirm: the problem still persist.
I see external/boringssl/CMakeLists.txt in the mono-18.104.22.168.tar.bz2 tarball now, so this should be fixed.
Confirming, today HEAD (4ad2d48197aa05e867c9a167fa4c4f8a711f55b8: Bump bockbuild to include gtk# bump (#4959)) builds successfully.
