Description Frank A. Krueger 2012-05-17 21:44:44 UTC
Since upgrading to 4.2.1, the source editor no longer shows the currently debugged line.

1. Set a break point
2. Run the app and trigger the breakpoint

Visual Studio now says "No Source Available". It asks if I want to show dissassembly. If I say yes, the source editor is blank. This is annoying because, in that same screen, it shows the filename and line number that it is stopped on.

The Locals window shows the correct locals and works.

But for some horrible reason, the source editor refuses to display the code.

I got the same issue today after upgrading to Xamarin v2.0 package with MONO 4.6.0

When I installed back MONO 4.4.55 the problem went away so it is definitely related to a bug in MONO and it's integration with MS VS 2010.

I can't set, edit or delete breakpoints on my mac.
I use Xamarin Studio 4.0.2(build 18).

It works with the current hotfix on my mac.

I've installed MONO v4.6.1 (beta) and it helped. So it looks like that only the version v4.6.0 (build 49) is broken
