1. Launch the application
2. Go to File > New > Project
3. Select Cross-Platform > Cross Platform App
4. Select Blank App and Accept
5. In Solution Explorer, Navigate to Project name (App*.iOS) > Info.plist. Hit Enter to activate
6. Under iPhone Deployment Info > Status Bar, 'Style' combo box is not visible in HC black
Combo Box should comply to high contrast theme settings and should be visible in HC black.
'Style' combo box under Info.plist > iPhone Deployment Info > Status Bar, is not visible in HC black theme

This issue has been fixed with the new Properties, Manifests and Entitlements editor on 15.3 (d15-3).
The issues mentioned here are not reproducible on these builds.

Staus bar Style in latest UI
Verified this issue in Microsoft visual studio enterprise 2017 d15prerel version 15.3.0 preview 3.0[26618.0.d15prerel] now issue got fixed in latest, we are able to see Status Bar in HCBLACK.
