1. Launch the application
2. Go to File > New > Project
3. Select Cross-Platform > Cross Platform App
4. Select Blank App and Accept
5. In Solution Explorer, Navigate to Project name (App*.iOS) > Entitlements. List. Hit Enter to activate
6. Click Below Entitlements tab item and observe Background Modes tab item exist as well but is not visible in HC black
All the tab items (selected/non-selected) should be visible in high contrast black theme.
Non selected tab items in the LHS pane are not visible in High contrast black theme.

This issue has been fixed with the new Properties, Manifests and Entitlements editor on 15.3 (d15-3).
The issues mentioned here are not reproducible on these builds.
Verified this issue in Microsoft visual studio enterprise 2017 d15prerel version 15.3.0 preview 3.0[26618.0.d15prerel] now ui got changed as per developer comments we are unable to repro in the latest build.
