1.Launch Visual Studio RC 2017
2.Open File+New Project+Select "Cross platform" from the Left Pane
3.Select "Cross Platform App"
4.Press Ok button

1.Run Pre-requisite
2."New Cross Platform App Window" will open.
3.Tab to "Blank App" and press Enter key. New Project Opens.
4.Tab to the "Solution Explorer" window present "  in the right hand side.
6.Tab to the iOS App Name(For Ex: App2.iOS) 
7.Using Down arrow key navigate to "Entitlements.plist" option and press Enter Key
8."Entitlements" Tab appears.
9.Using "Tab" key navigate to different options present in the "Entitlements" section of the "Entitlements.plist" window 

Expected Result:-
Keyboard focus should be always visible while navigating different options "Entitlements.plist" window. 

Actual Result:-
Keyboard focus is getting lost after tabbing multiple times in the "Entitlements.plist" window.

Fixed in new d15-3 branch (targeting 15.3 release).
We're introducing a new Entitlements Editor.
This new editor can be used with the keyboard without the issues reported here.

As per developer comments now in latest version we are getting new entitlements editor there all the elements keyboard is working fine. Verified in Microsoft visual studio enterprise 2017 d15prerel version 15.3.0 preview 3.0[26618.0.d15prerel].

Attached new UI screenshot for reference, hence closing this bug.
