1.Launch Visual Studio RC 2017
2.Open File+New Project+Select "Cross platform" from the Left Pane
3.Select "Cross Platform App"
4.Press Ok button

1.Run Pre-requisite
2."New Cross Platform App Window" opens
3.Tab to "Blank App" and press Enter key. New Project Opens.
4.Using "Ctrl+Tab", key navigate to the "Solution Explorer" window. 
5.Using Tab key navigate  to the App Name(For Ex: App2.Droid) and press Shift+F10 to open the context menu and using down arrow key select "Properties" option from the list.
6.Using "Tab", key navigate to the different combo boxes  such as "configuration","Platform","compile using Android version", "Minimum Android to target", "Target Android version" present in the "Application" section and try to access those combo boxes  using "Alt+DownArrow".

Expected Result:-
User should be able to access all the combo boxes present under application section in the android properties window.

Actual Result:-
Combo boxes present in the "Application" section of the Android properties window are not being accessible using keyboard.

Note:-The same issue is observed for combo boxes present for other options ("Android Manifest", "Android Options","Build","Build Events","Reference Paths")

Fixed in the new Properties Editor on 15.2.
This new editor can be used with the keyboard without the issues reported here.

Verified this issue in Microsoft visual studio enterprise 2017 d15prerel version 15.3.0 preview 3.0[26618.0.d15prerel] now combo boxes present in "Application", "Android Manifest", "Android Options", "Build" "Builds Events" and "Reference Paths" issue is fixed.
Hence closing this bug.
