1.Launch Visual Studio RC 2017
2.Open File+New Project+Select "Cross platform" from the Left Pane
3.Select "Cross Platform App"
4.Press Ok button

1.Run Pre-requisite
2."New Cross Platform App Window" opens
3.Tab to "Blank App" and press Enter key. New Project Opens.
4.Using "Ctrl+Tab", key navigate to the "Solution Explorer" window. 
5.Using Tab key navigate  to the App Name(For Ex: App2.Droid) and press Shift+F10 or option key open the menu options and using  "Arrow", key  Select "Properties" option from the list
6.Android properties windows opens and using  "Tab" key navigate to different options present in the application section.

Expected Result:-
Keyboard focus should be logical in order while navigating different options  under the "Application" section of the android properties windows.

Actual Result:-
Keyboard focus is not logical in order while navigating different options  under the "Application" section of the android properties window.

Note:-The same keyboard issue is observed for other sections such as ("Android Manifest, Android Options, Build")

Fixed in the new Properties Editor on 15.2.
This new editor can be used with the keyboard without the issues reported here

Verified this issue in Microsoft visual studio enterprise 2017 d15prerel version 15.3.0 preview 3.0[26618.0.d15prerel] now keyboard focus is in logical order in "Application", "Android Manifest", "Android Options" and "Build".
Hence closing this bug.
