According to the following bug report, it's been added, but we still don't have it (I'm on Xamarin

Usage example:

<ImageCell Text="{Binding LinkedProduct.ProductName, TargetNullValue='No Product Entered'}" />

The FallbackValue property also does not work.

We apologize, issue 22720 was incorrect. It should have been marked as RESOLVED ANSWERED, not RESOLVED FEATURE.

There is a pull request related to this feature, but it is not yet part of Xamarin Forms: https://github.com/xamarin/Xamarin.Forms/pull/664

Xamarin.Forms doesn't supports TargetNullValue or FallbackValue in it's binding system. We might support it in a future release, but it's not in the short term plans.
