Should have an option to disable automatically attempting to connect to iOS Mac Agent from VS. Keep it on by default just have a toggle option.

I do my iOS builds through CI cloud (Bitrise/Azure Mobile) so this prompt is just annoying.

Resolving as duplicate of Bug 50271 (https://bugzilla.xamarin.com/show_bug.cgi?id=50271) which is about handling the Server connection prompt in a smarter way, to avoid prompting every time when the connection is not required
