Test case - works on .NET, crashes on Mono
IsolatedStorageFile.CreateDirectory does not accept paths that are rooted ('/foo/bar/baz') due to the way it splits the path along the directory separator char:
On .NET this is not a problem, the two paths are treated as the same:

If there are any test cases, they should be updated to test rooted paths.
Fixed at split-time and also when deleting directories.
